REGULAR ACTIVITIES

  1. Cleaning of College premises regularly.
  2. Tree plantation in college premises under Van Mahotsav Programme & in Collaboration with Lions Club, Kamptee (In 2006-07 the plantation programme as attended by MLA, Shri Chandrashekhar Bawankude & Pro. V. C. RTM Nag. Univ. Dr. G. S. Parashar)
  3. Rally Dindi March, Vruksh Dindi arranged to awaken citizens towards, environment, Pulse Polio Drive Aids awareness etc.
  4. Blood donation camp. & Blood group, Blood Sugar & Hb Camps on NSS Day to awaken people towards health awareness.
  5. Visit to orphanage & schools for Mentally challenged students.
  6. Lecture series & street play on AIDS awareness on AIDS day.
  7. Lecture Series & Street Play on Literacy Day.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • NSS volunteer Ku Rohini Bingewar won 1st prize in elocution competition organized by Ministry of Health on International AIDS Day. Rakesh Tahakre & Ahfaz Ahmad won 3rd Prize jointly in the same competition.
  • NSS volunteer Ku Anju Itankar won 2nd Prize in Rangoli completition in Univ. Level Camp at Amgaon.
  • NSS volunteer Ku. Sampna Mahile won Best Anchor prize in Univ. Level Camp at navegaon Devi.
  • Ku. Poonam Wankhede & Ku Priyanka Thakre won Best volunteer prize at navargaon.
  • Ku. Vaishali Evnate won best dancer prize in Univ. Level Camp at Takarkheda
  • Ku. Deepawali Bagde won best group Lender prize at Takerkheda
  • Ku. Sheetal Rajoriya & Ku. Namrata Kanojiya jointly won 2nd prize in university level Camp at Ranala in Poster competition. Ku. Sushma Fulzele won the 3rd Prize here.
  • Rakesh Thakre won Best volunteer prize at Navegaon bandh univ. Level camp.
  • Ku. Rajani Kathane Participated in Republic Day Ranade at Mumbai on 26th Jan. 2006.

COLLEGE CAMPS

  • NSS Unit of the college has adopted the villages such as Gods, Ranala, Ghorpad etc. since last few years.
  • Conducted regular 10 days camps annually at these village premises, roads & drainage regularly.
  • Village surveys conducted to awaken peoples residing there towards, Gutkha eating, tobacco chewing & AIDS etc

UNIV. LEVEL CAMP

  • The NSS unit of the college has organized a Univ. Level camp at village Ranala during the session 2008*09.
  • During the camp programmes on Yogasana, tree plantation, cleaning of village premises & drainage, health awareness, blood donation & blood investigation camps, Poster competition & lecture series were arranged by Lions Club rotary Club, Gayatri Pariwar & Adim Jati Sewak Sangh, Kamptee
